	Angel Mark Sereci President and CEO In 2000, Mark and two partners--long time friends and colleagues--started Digitexx in Pasadena, California. As President & CEO, Mark is the strategic leader, setting direction in identifying new markets, developing new products and services, and implementing this widely recognized industry paradigm. As part of his strategic business development activities, Mark promotes Digitexx products and innovations among key academic scientists and engineers, government and private sector, Mark obtained an MBA degree from Claremont University’s Peter Drucker School of Business.
	Robert Sereci VP/Chief Operating Officer Robert is responsible for putting vision into operation. With more than 18 years of experience in operations in both non-profit and for-profit sector. His most recent position was as VP/COO for one of the nation’s most prestigious private clubs. He holds an MBA from Georgia State’s J. Mack Robinson’s School of Business.
	Angela Miller Director of Sales and Marketing Angela is responsible for the marketing and sales strategy and implementation.  She has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and product management experience working for companies such as Honeywell and McKechnie Aerospace. She holds an MBA from Cleveland State University.
	Jonathan Keech, P.Eng., M.Sc. Senior Research & Development Engineer Jon is responsible for managing the design, construction, and implementation of all of Digitexx's monitoring and data acquisition systems. He holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, both from the University of Calgary.
	Brandon Leal Director of Information Technology and Communications Brandon is responsible for the development and support of all Digitexx Information Technology and Communication systems. He previously served as the Network Administrator for Safeway Inc.’s National Accounting Center. Brandon is a US Army Veteran and holds a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.

Skopje, Macedonia Office:

	Tino Mihajlovik Senior Software Engineer & Customer Support Tino is responsible for the development, design, support and maintenance of all Digitexx software systems. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University Ss Cyril & Methodius, Skopje, and has five years experience in leading software design team.
	Saso Atanasovski Systems Engineer and QA Saso is responsible for service and quality assurance of Digitexx’s European systems. Saso holds a BS degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University Ss Cyril & Methodius, Skopje,  and has experience in automatization, manufacturing, and other business processes based on SCADA and other industry communication and acquisition standards.
	Viktor Prenkovski Sales & Marketing Manager Viktor is responsible for Digitexx’s sales and marketing activities for the European market. Viktor has a BS in Computer Science from University Ss Cyril & Methodius, Skopje, and has five years experience in implementing software solutions and customer relations.
